Accessibility Statement
Effective date: September 14, 2026
Our commitment
This site should be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is checked as the site changes rather than treated as a one time task.
The standard we are working toward
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, Level AA, and we meet version 2.2 criteria where we can. WCAG is the internationally recognized standard and Level AA is the level most commonly referenced in law and in practice.
We do not currently claim full conformance. Known limitations are listed below.
What we have done
Pages use real headings in a logical order, real lists, and real links, so assistive technology can understand the structure. The site can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them. Body text is set for comfortable reading and the layout reflows when text is enlarged or the window is narrowed. Form fields have properly associated labels and error messages describe what to fix in words. Nothing autoplays and nothing flashes, and where we publish video or audio we provide captions or a written transcript. Where color conveys information, it is paired with text so the meaning survives without it.
Known limitations
Embedded third party content. The scheduling calendar and the contact form are provided by a third party platform and embedded in the page. We do not control their internal markup. If a form or the scheduler gives you trouble, email us and we will schedule with you directly.
Ongoing review. This site is new and we are still working through a full manual review. If you find something, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
How we assess the site
Self evaluation, using automated checking tools, manual keyboard testing, and contrast measurement. We have not commissioned a third party audit.
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot access something here, we want to know, and we will get you the information another way in the meantime.
Email: LeAnne@leannecoulter.com
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We aim to reply within five business days.
Alternative ways to reach us
You never have to use a form on this site. Email us and we will handle everything directly, including scheduling. If you need any content in a different format, including large print, plain text, or a conversation instead of a form, ask and we will find a way that works for you.
